Collectors "Cabinet Cup" and saucer from the renowned English maker Hammersley & Co. (Longton, Staffordshire). This set belongs to the premium Pattern 3302 series,
The interior of the cup features a hand-painted floral bouquet signed by the master Staffordshire artist F. Howard (Fred Howard).
Features a brilliant, saturated Turquoise (Sèvres Blue) exterior. This "solid ground" color is much scarcer than the standard white-base patterns.
Classic wide-mouth "Peony" shape with a heavy gold-gilded handle and scalloped rims. The design is intended to showcase the artwork inside the cup.
Very Good vintage condition. No chips or cracks. The turquoise glaze is vibrant, and the gold gilding remains bright with minimal wear.
Features the green Hammersley crown and acorn backstamp (dating to circa 19391952). Hand-inscribed pattern number 3302/13 on the base.
