Torrid Fuchsia Black Wiggle Keyhole Back Blouson Dress Rhinestones GUC size 22 from back when Torrid was retro edgy. I miss those days.
The bust is a fusion of a sweetheart neckline and a blouson effect. Side zipper for extra wiggling. The fuchsia part is soft - almost like t shirt material with some stretch.
The black skirt has a bit of sheen and some stretch. Open back with a permanent knot.
The center rhinestone is missing from the smaller pin. I'm thinking a trip to Hobby Lobby or Jo Ann's would fix that for you.
